Arlene Falqueza, or Sister Arlene as she is affectionately called by her colleagues, is the Payroll and Accounting Manager for HireArchi, an Agilitec Company. She began her career as an Accounting Staff and was quickly promoted to Accounting Head for a Canadian department at her previous work with a money remittance company in the Philippines. Arlene then transitioned to an administrative position at Agilitec IT, where she worked her way up to become the Payroll and Accounting Manager, thanks to her hard work and dedication.
 
When Arlene is not busy managing finances, she loves to travel and explore nature. Her favorite destination is the beautiful beaches of Boracay, where she can relax and enjoy the sun, sand, and sea. Arlene’s passion for travel and nature helps her stay balanced and refreshed, allowing her to excel in her role as Payroll and Accounting Manager.
