Nelmer Comia is the HR Generalist for HireArchi, an Agilitec Company. He started his career exploring project management, marketing, and partner acquisition. Over time he decided to redirect his focus toward his true vocation in Human Resources and Management. Now, he’s been in this industry for more than four and a half years, focusing on comprehensive recruitment, staffing solutions, employee relations, compensation and benefits, policy creation, and its associated documentation.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Nelmer enjoys engaging in weekend cycling and motorcycle riding. He also makes time to bond with his six cats.
