FOR PARTNERS

  •  Recruitment fee – this is based on a recruit’s annual salary which can be settled either monthly or upfront.
  •  Recruitment Deposit – To start advertising your job opening, there will be a deposit which will be deducted from the recruitment fee.
  •  Management fee – for HireArchi HR & Payroll services.


Note: If the recruit does not work out within the first 90 days, any fees will be applied to their
 replacement.

You may refer to the following as part of HireArchi’s standard benefits.

  • PTO credits for 11 Philippine holidays
  • Government mandated contribution
  • 13th month pay as mandated by the PH government


You can also add your company benefits, just inform us and we will add it to your Filipino hires’ record and assist you with the process.
