Working Schedule: Pacific Standard Time (days and time to be determined once hired)
Our partner in Los Angeles, California is looking for Level 1 – IT Technical Support to be part of their dynamic team.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting clients with basic IT issues and inquiries.
- Developing rapport with clients, keeping them informed of incident progress.
- Basic support for workstations and devices.
- Assisting in network monitoring to ensure uptime.
- Collaborating with Level 2 technicians and other team members on more complex issues.
- Properly documenting incident resolutions and occasionally guiding end users with basic training.
- Staying updated on the basics of our service catalog to assist clients efficiently.
- Reviewing basic IT publications and online materials to grow your foundational knowledge.
Qualifications/Skills required:
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of Windows 10/11 based workstations.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365.
- Understanding of basic network concepts, such as DHCP and DNS.
- Willingness to be on call occasionally and work outside regular hours.
- A strong desire to learn and grow in the IT field.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
