Level 1 – IT Technical Support

Working Schedule: Pacific Standard Time (days and time to be determined once hired)

Our partner in Los Angeles, California is looking for Level 1 – IT Technical Support to be part of their dynamic team.


Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting clients with basic IT issues and inquiries.
  • Developing rapport with clients, keeping them informed of incident progress.
  • Basic support for workstations and devices.
  • Assisting in network monitoring to ensure uptime.
  • Collaborating with Level 2 technicians and other team members on more complex issues.
  • Properly documenting incident resolutions and occasionally guiding end users with basic training.
  • Staying updated on the basics of our service catalog to assist clients efficiently.
  • Reviewing basic IT publications and online materials to grow your foundational knowledge.

Qualifications/Skills required:

  • 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows 10/11 based workstations.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365.
  • Understanding of basic network concepts, such as DHCP and DNS.
  • Willingness to be on call occasionally and work outside regular hours.
  • A strong desire to learn and grow in the IT field.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
